Progressive Physical Therapy’s
state of the art indoor Ferno pool is 12 feet by 18 feet, with depths
ranging from 4 feet to 6 feet and a temperature of 92 degrees. It is
equipped with an underwater hydraulic treadmill and numerous other pieces
of therapeutic equipment to provide optimum aquatic care. Furthermore,
the therapists have broad educational backgrounds in order to effectively
serve the needs of the variety of patients seen in the pool.

In the pool, patients experience an increased independence in movement,
allowing the therapist to work with them to achieve the
desired rehabilitation goals for performing daily activities.
What patients are unable to do on land, they may be able
to accomplish in the water. Combining aquatic therapy
with traditional therapies gives patients a broader approach
for discovering what they can do by themselves.
