Ryan was born in Cumberland, MD and raised in Romney, WV. He attended WestVirginia University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2011 and continued his graduate studies at WVU where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. He worked for 4 years at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Stephens City, VA where he spent the majority of time working with patients musculoskeletal injuries pre- and post surgery. He has attained his board certification as a clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy in 2017.
Ryan is interested in manual therapy and dry needling to help his patients achieve the best possible outcome. Ryan joined Progressive in July 2019 and is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association andOrthopedic Section. He currently lives in Romney with his wife Holly and daughter Olivia. His interests include football, hiking, skiing, hunting and working on computers.
