Eli W. Rhodes, MPT
Eli is a 2003 graduate of West Virginia University, earning his Master's degree in Physical Therapy. He joined Progressive in September of 2003 and recently became the clinical director of the Keyser clinic.
Kevin W. Simpson, PTA
A graduate of Allegany College’s Physical Therapy Assistant program in 1998. Kevin began his career at Pendleton County Nursing Home. He continued his career at the Extended Care Unit at Sacred heart Hospital, for Rehab Solutions and for Herrick Physical Therapy in Petersburg and Moorefield for two years.
Brooke Jones, PT, DPT
Brooke is a 2018 graduate of West Virginia University's Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University. Brooke joined the staff at Progressive's Keyser clinic in July of 2019.
Olivia Horton, PTA
Olivia joined Progressive Physical Therapy in August 2023 following graduation. Her professional interests include neurological pathologies, sports related injuries, and chronic back pain. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
