Rick graduated from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA in May 2003. Although Rick traveled to multiple clinical internships throughout northern VA during his education, he is a native of Cumberland with local clinical experience in a variety of settings including acute care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics/neurologic, and wound care.

A graduate of West Virginia School of Physical Therapy in 1998, Tracy also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Shepherd College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Upon graduation she was employed at Pendleton Nursing Home and Pendleton Outpatient Therapy.

Theresa is a 1995 graduate from West Virginia University Division of Physical Therapy with a Bachelor’s Degree. After graduating, she was employed at Progressive Physical Therapy as a staff therapist until 2003. Prior to rejoining PPT, Theresa was employed with Hampshire County Schools providing PT to children with developmental delays and disabilities.

Hassel is a graduate of the Allegany College of Maryland PTA class of 2012 where he received honors for clinical excellence. Following graduation, Hassel worked in a variety of PT disciplines including: Home health, Skilled nursing, and aquatic therapy. A former Progressive employee, Hassel returned to our Romney office in 2020.

Olivia joined Progressive Physical Therapy in August 2023 following graduation. Her professional interests include neurological pathologies, sports related injuries, and chronic back pain. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
